affiliates with other information to identify you.
This may include your first and last name, email address, postal address, telephone number,
IP address and cookie identifiers.
04Information We Collect
A. Information you share when you contact us
When you call, email or message us about a project or our services, we collect the details you

requirements — so we can respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals.

designed for company-owned devices only.
05Personal vs Company-Owned Devices
If your organisation has invited you to add a work profile to your personal device, we do not
collect any personal information about the private use of your device outside that work profile.
We respect your personal privacy boundaries.

- To communicate with you: we use registration data to contact you about billing, account management, technical information, updates and security notices.
- To maintain service quality: communications may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, training, fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
07Sharing & Disclosure
We share personal data only where necessary to provide the Service — for example, with
sub-processors such as hosting providers and Google APIs used for device management — and with our
white-label partners for the devices they manage.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, regulation or a valid legal request, or
to protect the rights, property or safety of Zero Touch, our customers or others.
08Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy —
typically for the duration of your account or subscription — and as required to meet legal,
accounting or reporting obligations. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
09Security Measures
We are committed to keeping your information confidential. We maintain physical, electronic and
procedural safeguards to protect the data we process and store, and access is restricted to
authorised employees and processors who need it to operate the Service.
We use a range of security technologies and procedures to help protect personal data from
unauthorised access, use or disclosure, through appropriate physical, technical and organisational
measures.
10Use of Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser that help site owners understand how visitors
use a site, remember sign-ins and store preferences.
Essential cookies are required for the Service to work properly (for example, keeping you signed in
to the MDM console). Embedded third-party content on our website, such as Google Maps, may set its
own cookies under that provider’s privacy policy.
You can disable cookies in your browser at any time, except those necessary to provide the Service.
Disabling cookies may affect certain features.
11Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- request access to, and a summary of, the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to erase your personal data where it is no longer needed;
- withdraw consent you have previously given, where processing is based on consent;
- raise a grievance with us about how your data is handled.
If your device is managed by your employer or a white-label partner, please contact that
organisation first, as it controls the data on that device. You can reach us using the details in
the Contact Us section below.
12Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post any changes on this page with a
new “Last updated” date. Please review it periodically — continued use of the Service after changes
are posted means you accept the updated policy.
